Role Overview Working for our Animal Health IT, The SAP Data Lead will be responsible for overseeing the data-related activities and projects of the AH IT EPM organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish, document and sustain a data governance strategy for the Animal Health Atlas SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and data quality. What will you do in this role:

• Collaborate with the business partners, stream leads and governance members to establish data governance strategies.
• Establish and implement proper data ownership of Atlas SAP data to sustain both project and operational activities.
• Identify global and local ownership of data elements.
• Collaborate with governance to determine authorization to data elements.
• Collaborate with business partners and other stakeholders to determine and document critical data fields.
• Collaborate to establish way of working around the approval and documentation required when changes are made which include critical data fields.

What Should you have:

• Bachelor s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Data Management with at least 2 of those years in a pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
• Experience with SAP ECC, SAP MDG and SAP S4
• Strong understand of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP, GxP)
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including design patterns, scalability, security and performance optimization

• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
