These locations, in addition to the other sites, are essential to supporting our business and strategy.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Risk Analyst Lead. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the execution of various risk assessment services, leveraging your expertise to direct and mentor a team in accordance with our established IT and Cyber Risk Assessment Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of IT Risk Assessments, 3rd Party Vendor Risk Assessments, and support for the Information Risk Assessment Board (IRAB). You will collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders, ensuring that risk assessment transaction are comprehensive, timely, and compliant with organizational standards and best practices.
What will you do in this role:
Leadership and Oversight:
o Lead the execution of IT Risk Assessments and 3rd Party Vendor Risk Assessments,
o Mentor and guide team members in conducting risk assessments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Risk Assessment Execution:
o Review Risk Assessment Request details and Inherent Risk Questionnaire to relevant contacts.
o Validate the completeness of Inherent Risk Questionnaire and progress them to the appropriate risk assessment phases.
o Analyze responses to information risk assessments and categorize findings using predefined company guidance, ensuring thorough documentation and communication.
High-Risk Management:
o Directly manage and escalate High Risk Issues to our Risk Treatment team, tracking remediation efforts and ensuring timely resolution.
IRAB Support:
o Represent the team in weekly IRAB meetings, documenting requests meticulously and updating our IRAB log.
o Review and categorize IRAB documented requests, providing actionable insights and recommendations for the review.
What Should you have:
Extensive experience in IT risk assessments, vendor management, and regulatory compliance, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing and developing teams.
Strong analytical and collaborative problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and risk findings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of risk assessment frameworks and methodologies
