Job Description
You will be part of Data and Reporting Team in Business Technology. Our Team supports all the data and Reporting needs for our Internal customers (Finance,Coverage,Marketing and Other Functions).We are seeking an outstanding Data Analyst to join our Development team in the Pune/Mumbai.As part of a global team you will collaborate in cross-functional teams to build and improve Customer Success platform.You will have Unique Opportunity to Collabrate with Client Service Organization to build a World Class Solution to generate Client Insights.
Your Key Responsibilities - Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide real-time data visibility to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytics requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and provide actionable recommendations based on findings to enhance operational performance.
- Utilize statistical methodologies to ascertain the reliability and validity of data findings.
- Present analytical results and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders effectively.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate existing data processes and suggest improvements where applicable.
- Closely collaborate with Data Engineers ,Product Development, Quality Assurance on all stages of software development life cycle.
- Good communication skill and flexible in technology adaption
- Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data analysis ,preferably in CRM Applications.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g.,SQL, Python, R).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large volumes of data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for presenting complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience with SQL and database management to extract and manipulate data.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, as well as independently when required.
