We are seeking an outstanding DevOps Engineer to join our team in the Pune/Mumbai or Budapest offices. Our department fosters a DevOps culture across all teams, but ourss have a dedicated expertise in it. We support multiple software development and research-focused teams, enabling fast time to market while ensuring high quality and compliance with company regulations in security, resiliency, cost, and governance aspects. Additionally, we continuously modernize our architecture and setup to benefit from industry standards.
Your Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure, including new project build-outs and re-architecting as needed.
Implement infrastructure as code to ensure efficient operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Develop and enhance observability systems (logging, metrics, alerting, tracing) to monitor system performance and reliability.
Manage security and cost aspects of cloud infrastructure, ensuring compliance with company regulations.
Develop and maintain CI/CD processes, including test and build environment setup, modernization, and support.
Define and implement branching and release strategies to streamline development workflows.
Closely collaborate with Product Management, Research and Product Development, Quality Assurance, Data Operation and IT Infrastructure on all stages of software development life cycle.
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
Must have:
7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or related fields.
Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
Expertise in Shell scripting, git for source code management and working in Linux environments.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
Programming experience in Python.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure and GCP.
Keen to have:
Experience with CI/CD processes and tools such as Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of observability tools including Prometheus and Grafana.
Understanding of authentication and authorization systems.
Exposure to data processing frameworks like Databricks and Spark
Being flexible in technology adaption
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
