Job Description
- Client service team is first line of support for Real Assets clients in EMEA region and responsible for handling methodology, access, portal navigation, usage request, etc.
- Client service team is responsible for Client onboarding and training for our products/reports and platform.
- Client service team acts as an important link in sharing client requirements to internal cross-functional teams (Data team, Product Management, Program Management, etc.)
- Client service team members are subject matter experts of our products: Property Intel, RCA, Index Intel, Portfolio Services, Portfolio Climate Insights, INCANS, etc.
- Supporting the Client Coverage teams across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA region) to improve client experience.
- Execute onboarding and training of Clients.
- Respond to client inquiries
