Product Specialist team supports client during implementation and onboarding phase before handing it over to BusinessAsUsual Support teams.

Product Specialist is a very crucial role within MSCI Analytics business. We provide training on MSCI products and solutions functionality and methodology, understand the client needs and provide solutions to meet the same using MSCI capabilities. The role requires a thorough understanding of our client s use cases, MSCI product and solutions capability, act as a feedback loop to MSCI Product teams with critical info on newer use cases and potential enhancements to capitalize on the same.
