Presales Solution Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations and proposals that explain products or services to customers.
• Work closely with the product development team to understand the product's features and functionalities.
• Assist in the preparation of RFP/RFI responses and other sales-related documents.
• Provide technical support to customers during the sales process.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide relevant information to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• MBA in Sales & Marketing from an institute of repute.
• 4-6 years of experience in a pre-sales role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based solutions and services.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• Certification in relevant technologies or sales methodologies.
