Role : Engineer (Rolling Mill / Steel Melting Shop)

Experience required : 3 Yrs to 15Yrs

Qualification : Preferable – B.Tech - Mechanical

Job Description :

• Taking Responsibility of Daily breakdown
• report before signing from AVP-SMS.
• Looking after the production in their respective shift
• Coordinating with CCM Dept for ladle transfer
• Conducting 3 to 4 TOOL BOX TALK in a month
• Coordinating with Maintenance team for the
• smooth operation
• Making of yield calculation
• Analysing the Overall cost/store cost
• Arrangement and segregation of Raw material
• Enter the production data in the ERP
• Preparation and presenting of MBR/PO PPT by 5Th of every month to the plant head
• Checking and analysing the chemical composition
• Analysing and managing the manganese recovery
• Preparing the Hitachi bill with proper attachments (B/D details, store consumption, diesel consumption)
• Analysing and checking the complete reports and data related to SMS Operation
• Indenting the store items
• Night shift Engineer has to make the night report.
• Checking the department mails and update
