RPA Automation Anywhere Professional

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with expertise in Automation Anywhere A360, Mainframes, and SQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions to streamline business processes, particularly in mainframe environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy Automation Anywhere A360 bots for automating business processes.
Work with mainframe applications, leveraging screen scraping and automation techniques.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process automation requirements and implement efficient solutions.
Troubleshoot and debug RPA bots to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.
Implement best practices for bot development, exception handling, logging, and security.
Work with APIs, web services, and database connections to enhance automation workflows.
Document automation workflows, processes, and technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-5+ years of experience in RPA development using Automation Anywhere A360.
Strong experience working with Mainframes (IBM z/OS, AS/400, or other legacy systems).
Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, stored procedures, and database management).
Hands-on experience in automation techniques such as OCR, screen scraping, and keystroke emulation for mainframes.
Knowledge of automation best practices, exception handling, and logging.
Familiarity with API integrations, web services, and REST/SOAP protocols.
Experience with version control tools like Git is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
