Secretary Import/Export

Role & responsibilities

A) Coordination with Legal, external counsel and drafting letters for Notices and matters relating to customs and filing appeals.

B) RE-export of material imported (packing material, rejected items etc.), drawback claims etc.

C) End to end management of Custom bonds including documentation.

D) Claims accounting and processing

E) Courier imports and exports customs coordination

F) Insurance surveys coordination

G) Rental agreements and contracts management

H) Management approvals initiation

I) MIS reports preparation

Preferred candidate profile

Any Degree - Other than Engineering, Post Graduation not preferred

Secretary role experience along with Import and Export departmental experience
