Role & responsibilities:
Design and Development: Create learning experiences and relevant learning solutions that are compelling, engaging, and supportive of business goals. This involves designing curriculum, instructional materials, and multimedia tools to enhance the learning process.
Needs Assessment: Conduct analyses to identify learning gaps and needs within organizations or educational settings. Develop learning objectives and content that align with these needs.
Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, learners, and stakeholders to ensure that the learning experiences are relevant and effective.
Technology Integration: Utilize various educational technologies, such as learning management systems, multimedia authoring tools, and emerging technologies like AI and Mixed Reality, to design and deliver instructional materials.
Assessment and Evaluation: Develop assessment instruments to evaluate learner performance and continuously refine the learning experience based on feedback and evaluation.
Project Management: Manage the implementation and use of learning materials, ensuring effective collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.
Skills Required:
