Site Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• To resolve site issues and manage risks.
• Monitor daily operations at the site and ensure adherence to the project plan, maintain daily progress reports.
• Manage Manpower and get the job done on time.
• Handling labor contractors and billing of labor contractors.
• To be responsible for documenting all process active as per company policy and requirement.
• Checking of quality with contractors in case of sub-standard works and follow up with contractors to get it corrected.
• Manage project risks and ensure timely completion within budget and scope
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specification
• Open to learning.

Preferred candidate profile

Essential Knowledge and Experience of Transmission & Distribution System - Cables, Substation & Overhead, freshers welcomed.

Preference - 1 Year experience in Substation Erection & Cable Laying
