Technical Expertise: Serve as a technical resource for complex desktop issues and projects.
System Analysis: Analyze desktop performance and recommend improvements.
Policy Implementation: Implement and enforce desktop-related policies and standards.
Automation: Develop scripts and tools to automate routine desktop management tasks.
Patch Management: Oversee the testing and deployment of OS and application patches.
Security Enhancement: Implement and maintain desktop security measures.
Lifecycle Management: Participate in planning for desktop hardware and software lifecycle management.
Cross-team Collaboration: Work with other IT teams to ensure desktop systems integrate well with other infrastructure components.
