Key Responsibilities:

Create user-friendly Policies, Standards, and Procedures that effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience, including stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure accuracy of content
Comfortable initiating electronic or phone conversations with multiple level of business staff
Create content for Mr. Cooper s internal social media site for The Policy Office
Complete various projects related to The Policy Office
