- Conduct detailed training sessions and demonstrations for customers on the use of NDT products.
- Clearly explain the operational processes, applications, and benefits of the products.
- Customer Support:
- Act as the primary technical contact for clients, addressing queries and providing support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and challenges.
- Travel Requirements:
- Travel to customer locations approximately 15-20 days per month to provide on-site training and support.
- Technical Expertise:
- Utilize knowledge in welding, NDT, and basic chemistry to effectively communicate product capabilities and applications.
- Prepare and present technical documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
- Feedback and Improvement:
- Gather feedback from customers regarding product performance and training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the product development team to recommend improvements based on customer insights.
