Responsibilities:

• Streamline and enhance HR processes for efficiency and compliance.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee record management.
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their objectives and aligning HR strategies accordingly.
  • Implement HRBP initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet current and future organizational needs.
  • Foster a positive work culture by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Facilitate career development and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Regularly update and communicate HR policies.
  • Establish and monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including HRBP, recruitment, and operations.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Prior experience in the technology or finance industry is a plus
