Role : ITRS Geneos Tooling Support Location : Pune
Who are we looking for?
A mid-level experienced in supporting Geneos Administration mainly in Banking domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.
Technical Skills:
Candidate with experience in ITRS Geneos, Unix (Shell Scripting), Middleware, Oracle, SQL, Db2, GIT/BitBucket, XM, Python scripting & Grafana.
Expertise in ITRS Geneos configuration and implementing automation solutions.
Knowledge of packaging of the Net probes & Active Console in Geneos
Knowledge of different plugin, environment variable & rules
Knowledge of dashboard implementation using GENEOS
Knowledge of ticketing tools (SharePoint, ServiceNow, HPSM, Alacrity, JIRA etc.)
Basics of ITIL (incident, change and problem management)
Should have ability to collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and ability to answer user query.
Process Skills:
Capable of analyzing and troubleshoot applications issues and implement break fixes as per defined SLA s and SOPs.
Experience & functional knowledge on banking domain/ applications.
Strong on ITIL processes
Behavioral Skills :
Interact, co-ordinate with different teams and get the issue resolved on priority.
Aggressive follow up, Updating the stakeholders on the status on priority issues by following proper escalation matrix
Ability to work on call as required.
Qualification:
Somebody who has at least 5+ years of work experience in application maintenance and 24/7 support.
Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
