• Confident in speaking with Vendor Partners / evaluated trainers for upcoming training requirements.
• Confident in responding to queries raised by freshers (MLA trainees)
• Microsoft Office 365 application Knowledge
• Candidate should be confident using the below Microsoft applications.
• Outlook
• Excel
• Word
• Power Point Presentation
• In addition, Oracle tools as well
• Willing to learn

Candidate should show interest in learning new things to improve skill

• Adaptability

Looking for a quick learner who will settle in this role within no time

Spend time to analyze and understand the process and the functions

• Ownership and Accountability

Selected person for this role should be open for feedback and work on the improvement plan proposed

Results should be visible within the mentioned time frame

• Committed toward work assigned

Multitask to ensure assigned work in completed as per guidelines

Required due diligence to be done before information / Data is shared with leaders
