Job Description
Job Summary -
The Delivery Excellence Sr.Manager role would that be that of an Internal Consultant to the organization. The incumbent would lead Quality for the Insurance vertical and work with teams at multiple levels to deploy the right Quality standard and structure.
Years of experience needed - 10+
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge on Quality practices (Quality Control and Assurance practices).
Strong delivery expertise. Should have through knowledge of BPO Operation practices.
Should have good knowledge of the Insurance Domain
Good knowledge of Six Sigma / Lean methodology.
Expertise to analyze information and help Improve performance of the teams
Strong knowledge on transition project management
Should have managed large accounts in Banking or Insurance domain
Certifications Needed:
Six Sigma Black Belt Certified or Trained, would be an advantage
ISO QMS training / certification
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
