Role Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Associates for a Work from Office (WFO) role to support data entry operations for international freight transcripts. This role involves capturing, verifying, and updating data related to freight movement across the globe, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately into the client MIS system as per process guidelines.
• Verify and validate data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Follow standard operating procedures for data entry and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily/weekly targets.
• Escalate issues and discrepancies as necessary.

Preferred candidate profile

• Basic data entry skills with typing accuracy and speed.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management systems is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data.
• Willingness to undergo 7-10 days of process training on MIS systems.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
