Market Research Associate

About the Role

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Secondary Research Analyst with at least 2 years of

professional experience in secondary research, data gathering, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will have expertise in tools such as ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, and

HubSpot, as well as strong analytical and communication skills. This role requires a focus on

collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support our sales, marketing, and business

strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilise tools like Google, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, and other platforms to gather accurate and relevant data on prospects, industries, and markets.
• Conduct in-depth secondary research to identify potential clients, trends, and competitors.
• Extract, clean, and organise large datasets to provide actionable insights.
• Research and analyse industry reports, company profiles, market trends, and competitor strategies.
• Provide comprehensive market intelligence reports to aid business decision- making.
• Work with tools like HubSpot to manage leads and ensure the CRM is updated with verified contact information and insights.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align research efforts with campaign goals.
• Deliver high-quality, data-driven presentations and dashboards to summarise findings.
• Develop reports and analytics that highlight critical data points and actionable recommendations.
• Support cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and strategy, by providing data-backed insights.
• Build data models and workflows to enhance the overall efficiency of research processes.

Skills

• Proficiency with tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, and HubSpot for data gathering and management.
• Experience with MS Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) (mandatory), and tools like SAASGrid (optional).
• Familiarity with advanced internet research techniques and database systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for preparing reports and presentations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Education and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in secondary research, market research, & Data Mining, Data Analysis.
• Certifications in CRM tools like HubSpot or ZoomInfo are a plus.
