About the Role :

As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines and business intelligence solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data processing and insightful reporting. This role requires expertise in SSIS for ETL development, advanced SQL, and Tableau for data visualization.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop & Maintain ETL Pipelines - Design and optimize scalable ETL workflows using SSIS to manage data transformation efficiently.

Data Modeling & Management - Build robust data models to support analytical and reporting needs.

Advanced Tableau Development - Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to provide business insights.

SQL Optimization - Work with complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data for business intelligence solutions.

Agile Collaboration - Work with stakeholders in an Agile environment to understand business requirements and deliver optimal data solutions.

Data Accuracy & Reliability - Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability across different platforms.

Workflow Automation - Optimize and automate data workflows to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5-10 years of experience in Data Engineering & Business Intelligence.

- Advanced proficiency in SSIS, SQL, and Tableau for data integration and visualisation.

- Strong knowledge of ETL development and data modeling best practices.

- Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
