MSBI Developer - SSIS/SSRS (5-10 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MSBI Developer to join our team in Hyderabad.

As an MSBI Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using the Microsoft BI stack.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into effective and insightful reporting and analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop dimensional data models for business intelligence and reporting.

- Build and maintain data warehouses and data marts using SQL Server.

- Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.

- Develop and deploy SSIS packages for data integration and transformation.

- Design and implement ETL solutions using SSIS best practices.

- Optimize SSIS packages for performance and scalability.

- Design and develop interactive reports and dashboards using SSRS.

- Create visually appealing and informative reports that meet business requirements.

- Implement report subscriptions and scheduling.

- Design and develop multidimensional cubes and tabular models using SSAS.

- Optimize SSAS cubes for query performance.

- Implement data security and access control.

- Utilize Power BI (preferred) or other visualization tools to create interactive dashboards and reports.

- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

- Communicate data findings effectively to business stakeholders.

- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

- Participate in Agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and execution.

- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications :

Essential :

- 5-10 years of professional experience in MSBI development.

- In-depth knowledge of SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and SQL Server.

- Strong experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
