Job Title : AWS Connect + Lex + Python Developer

Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled AWS Connect + Lex + Python Developer with a strong background in building and managing cloud-based contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Amazon Connect, AWS Lex, and Python to create AI-driven conversational experiences and integrations with backend services.
Key Responsibilities :
Amazon Connect Development :
- Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based contact center solutions using AWS Connect.
- Configure call flows, routing profiles, and queue management in Amazon Connect.
- Implement real-time and historical reporting using Amazon Connect analytics.
AWS Lex Chatbot Development :
- Develop and optimize conversational AI experiences using Amazon Lex.
- Train and fine-tune Lex bots with intents, utterances, and slot types.
- Integrate Lex with Amazon Connect for voice and chat automation.
Backend Development & API Integration :
- Develop and manage backend applications using Python (Flask/Django).
- Implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration between AWS services.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM, databases, and third-party applications.
AWS Services & Infrastructure :
- Utilize AWS Lambda for event-driven processing.
- Work with DynamoDB, RDS, or other AWS databases for data storage.
- Implement security best practices using IAM, encryption, and logging.
Deployment & Monitoring :
- Automate deployments using AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
- Set up monitoring and logging with CloudWatch and AWS X-Ray.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS Connect and Lex.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect and AWS Lex.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python (Flask/Django).
- Experience with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway.
- Understanding of IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems.
- Experience integrating AWS services with third-party CRMs.
- Strong knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, and WebSockets.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with AWS Contact Lens for Amazon Connect.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and NLP for chatbot improvement.
- Experience working with Twilio, Dialog Flow, or other contact center platforms.
- AWS Certifications (AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
