Junior L1 Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
●Provide data network operation and support, ensuring smooth and reliable network performance.
●Assist in troubleshooting network issues, including basic BGP commands, Ping, Traceroute, MTR, etc.
●Perform network monitoring and resolve network-related tickets efficiently.
●Work closely with ISPs and manage network coordination to resolve issues promptly.
●Provide 24/7 support for global WAN operations, adhering to shift schedules as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:
●6 months to 2 years of experience in data network operation and support.
Knowledge of routing and switching is ideal.
●CCNA certification is a plus but not mandatory.
●Experience with basic BGP commands and troubleshooting tools (Ping, Traceroute, MTR).
●Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve network issues quickly.
●Willingness to work in a 24/7 support model, ensuring uninterrupted global network operations.
