SAP Native HANA Developer - Implementation & Support (5-12 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Native HANA Developer to design, develop, and optimize HANA-based data models and ensure seamless data integration within our SAP landscape. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP HANA SQL scripting, Calculation Views, and Performance Tuning. Additionally, experience in SAP BW modeling and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP HANA Development & Data Modeling :

- Design and develop HANA Calculation Views (Calculation Views).

- Implement SQL scripting, table functions, and stored procedures for complex transformations.

- Optimize HANA models and queries for performance improvements.

- Work with AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures) and CDS Views if integrated with S/4HANA.

- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and security across the system.

- Optimize HANA memory management, indexing, and partitioning.

- Conduct query performance tuning and execution analysis.

- Implement best practices for SAP HANA development to ensure efficient processing.

SAP BW Modeling (Good to Have) :

- Develop SAP BW data models (Info Objects, ADSO, Composite Providers, Open ODS).

- Optimize BW transformations and queries for better performance.

- Integrate BW models with SAP HANA and SAC for advanced analytics.

SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) - (Nice to Have) :

- Create dashboards and visualizations in SAC using Live & Import connections.

- Design storyboards, KPI reports, and interactive analytics based on business needs.

- Optimize SAC performance and enhance integration with SAP HANA & BW.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :

- Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and data engineers.

- Translate business requirements into scalable and optimized data models.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HANA-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- SAP HANA Development Experience : Expertise in SQL, Calculation Views, Stored Procedures, Table Functions.

- Performance Tuning : Ability to optimize queries, indexing, and partitioning.

- Data Integration : Hands-on experience with SAP SLT, SDI, SDA, or BODS. (nice to have)

- SAP BW Modeling (Good to Have) : Knowledge of BW/4HANA, ADSO, Composite Providers, Open ODS.

- SAP Analytics Cloud (Nice to Have) : Experience in SAC Story Design, Dashboards, and Planning Models.

- ABAP for HANA (Optional) : Experience with AMDP, CDS Views is a plus.

- Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to handle large-scale data models and performance tuning.

- Communication & Collaboration : Ability to interact with business users, analysts, and other IT teams.
