About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior SAP TRM & FICO Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad. You will play a critical role in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) and Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) solutions for our clients.

This position requires deep expertise in both TRM and FICO modules, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities :

- SAP TRM Implementation & Support : Implement, configure, and support SAP TRM modules, including Transaction Manager, Market Risk Analyzer, and Credit Risk Analyzer. This includes requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.

- SAP FICO Implementation & Support : Implement, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling. This also encompasses requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.

- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution : Proficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP TRM and FICO, providing timely and effective solutions.

- Rollout & Enhancement Management : Manage rollouts and enhancements of SAP TRM and FICO functionalities, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.

- Business Process Analysis : Analyze client business processes related to treasury and finance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate SAP solutions.

- Customization & Development (if applicable) : Collaborate with ABAP developers on custom development and enhancements related to TRM and FICO.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials.

- Knowledge Sharing : Share knowledge and best practices with other team members, contributing to the growth and development of the SAP practice.

- Client Interaction : Interact directly with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and manage expectations.

Requirements :

- Experience : 8-19 years of experience as an SAP TRM & FICO Consultant.

- SAP TRM Expertise : Strong hands-on knowledge and experience with SAP TRM modules (Transaction Manager, Market Risk Analyzer, Credit Risk Analyzer).

- SAP FICO Expertise : Strong hands-on knowledge and experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling).

- Problem-Solving Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical and business1 issues.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.

- Client-Facing Skills : Ability to interact professionally with clients, understand their requirements, and manage expectations.

Location : Hyderabad

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

- Experience with other SAP modules (i.e. Cash Management, Bank Communication).

- Experience with integration between SAP TRM and other systems.

- Knowledge of ABAP development.

- Certifications in SAP TRM and/or FICO.

- Experience in a consulting environment
