SAP Consultant - S/4 HANA & FI Modules (5-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead and contribute to the design, configuration, and implementation of S/4 HANA FI solutions, tailored to meet specific client needs and aligned with best practices.

- Manage and execute S/4 HANA FI rollouts in India, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations. This includes planning, testing, training, and go-live support.

- Analyze existing financial processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide consulting on process harmonization and standardization within the S/4 HANA environment.

- Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into functional specifications for the S/4 HANA FI module.

- Configure and customize the S/4 HANA FI module, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO), and Treasury Management (TRM) where applicable.

- Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the quality and stability of the S/4 HANA FI solution.

- Provide training and support to end-users on the S/4 HANA FI module, ensuring they can effectively utilize the system.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to the S/4 HANA FI implementation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.

Stay up to date with the latest S/4 HANA FI functionalities and best practices and share knowledge with the team.

Effectively communicate with clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Information Systems).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FI implementation and support.

Proven experience in at least 2 full lifecycle S/4 HANA implementations, with a focus on FI.

Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA FI configuration and customization.

Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Mandatory Skills :

- S/4 HANA (FI Module)

Data Access Control (DAC)

- SAP Rollout and Implementation experience in India

Preferred Skills (Optional) :

- Experience with other S/4 HANA modules (CO, MM, SD).

- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.

- SAP certifications in relevant areas.

- Experience with specific industry solutions (Manufacturing, Retail).

- ABAP development skills (for debugging and minor enhancements)
