SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting Consultant (9-12 yrs)

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. You will be a key leader, providing expertise, guiding teams, and driving successful project delivery within the SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting landscape.

This role demands deep functional knowledge, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Job Summary :

This role requires a candidate who can function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting. You will be expected to collaborate with and manage teams, make key decisions, engage with multiple teams, provide cross-team solutions, lead design and configuration efforts, serve as the primary point of contact for projects, and ensure successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Subject Matter Expert (SME) :

- Serve as the recognized expert on SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting within the organization.

- Maintain deep knowledge of the latest features and best practices.

Team Leadership & Management :

- Collaborate with and manage teams responsible for Group Reporting implementations and support.

- Take ownership of team decisions and ensure effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Engage with multiple teams (e.g., Finance, IT, Business) and contribute to key strategic decisions related to Group Reporting. Facilitate communication and alignment across teams.

Solution Design :

- Provide solutions to complex problems that impact multiple teams, demonstrating a broad understanding of the Group Reporting landscape and its integration with other systems.

Implementation Leadership :

- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

Primary Point of Contact :

- Act as the primary point of contact for projects related to SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting, managing communication, expectations, and project timelines.

Project Delivery :

- Manage teams and ensure successful project delivery, meeting deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards.

Mentoring :

- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices to develop their skills and contribute to team growth.

Professional & Technical Skills :

Must Have :

- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.

- Deep understanding of consolidation processes, financial reporting, and related functionalities.

- Expert-level knowledge of configuration and customization options.

- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms and their application within financial analysis in Group Reporting.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

- Excellent understanding of integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business audiences
