SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER - THE VICEROY ESTATE

LOCATION: OKHLA, NEW DELHI, INDIA

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the sales of luxurious villas at The Viceroy Estate, a villa development in Solan Himachal Pradesh. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both the hospitality and real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that include digital marketing, social media campaigns, and targeted advertising to reach high-net-worth individuals.
• Forge and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clientele, ensuring a personalized and exceptional experience throughout the sales process.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track client interactions, manage client data, and automate follow-ups, ensuring personalized communication and relationship management.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with allottee's and potential buyers, serving as their main point of contact.
• Organize exclusive events and luxury property showcases to allow potential buyers to experience the estate firsthand, enhancing engagement and interest.
• Collaborate with luxury brands and partners to co-sponsor events or offer exclusive packages, enhancing the appeal of The Viceroy Estate to prospective buyers.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform strategies and improve performance, ensuring alignment with market trends.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote The Viceroy Estate and build important connections within the luxury market.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality and real estate industries.
• Proven track record of successful sales to high-net-worth individuals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of luxury markets and client expectations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
