Vice President Sales- Real Estate

Job Description

The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our network of channel partners, drive revenue growth, and enhance market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales background, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Driving sales initiative to achieve business goals & managing frontline sales team and be accountable for increasing sales growth.
• Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the network.
• Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and execution.
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed targets.
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
•  Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members.

Skills and requirements

• 10-12 years of experience required in the real estate industry.
• Proven track of successful sales record
• Should have strong broker network in pan India with special emphasis on Delhi NCR.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
