Senior Data Scientist

Roles & Responsibilities.
Lead the development, training , deployment and implementation of Generative AI and LLM projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Design and deploy Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Points of View (POVs) across various industry verticals, demonstrating the potential of Generative AI applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into cloud environments (Azure).
Requirements & Specifications.
Should have 4+years of experience in relevant domain.
Extensive experience in AI/ML, with a focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models.
Proven track record in working with cloud platform (Azure).
Experienced in development, training and fine-tuning of Open LLM Models ( eg.
Llama3, Falcon, etc).
Understanding of OpenAI, LLaMA, Claude, Palm, Falcon large language models, how to deploy them on cloud/ on-premise and use APIs to build Industry solutions.
Experience is using LLM models on cloud i e OpenAI @ Azure.
Experinced in Quantization fundamentionals and Quantize aware fine-tuning eg: QLORA, GPTQ, etc Implementation knowledge of Prompting,Chain of thoghts prompt engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation, RAG Fusion are a must.
LLMops Design patterns knowledge for cost optimized deployment and inferencing.
Demonstrable experience with transformer models such as BERT, GPT, RoBERTa, etc, and a solid understanding of their underlying principles is a plus.
Designing, developing, and researching Machine Learning systems, models, and schemes through data science and data analytics prototypes.
Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Natural Language Generation (NLG).
Develop and implement technical efforts to design, build, and deploy AWS ML models at the direction of lead architects, including large-scale data processing, computationally intensive statistical modelling, and advanced analytics.
Programming Languages: Proficient in Python, Software engineering design patterns.
Programming Frameworks: Pytorch, Keras, Langchain, LlamaIndex (vLLM, Spark MLaddtional good to have).
Programming libraries & utilities experienced with : Huggingface Transformers, SFT, W&B, scikit-learn, spacy, gensim, CoreNLP, Pandas, Numpy, Dask.
Databases Experienced in : MongoDB, SQL, Redis, Vector DB ( Chroma DB, Pinecone, Redis).
Experienced in designing distributed scalable database solution architecture for LLM Applications.
Experience in building MLOps/LlmOps pipeline using frameworks like MLFlow,Airflow.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes Deployments.
Experience in AgileDevelopment.
Good To Have Skills.
Leadership Quality and strong Communication.
Programming Enthusiast and proficient in Python.
Strong concepts and understanding of development & deployment of Deep learning based AI applications.
Experience in working advanced techniques like Linear Regression, Logistics Regression, Bagging and Boosting algorithms (Random Forest, XGBoost, GBM, etc) and other advanced algorithms.
Understanding of ML lifecycle, including feature engineering, training, validation, scaling, deployment, scoring, monitoring, and feedback loop.
Experience with development and training of GANs, VAEs models.
