Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources with excellent HR and recruiting skills.

To look after HR activities for the company To Handle all the Hr responsibilities like - Talent Acquisition, manage the employee life cycle from entry till exit, Performance appraisal, Training, Employee Welfare, Salary processing, Statutory Compliances.

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

To handle complete recruitments, payroll, handling statutory compliances, staff welfare activities, employee motivation and building up strong team for the company.

Human resources managers plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of human resources and personnel departments, and develop and implement policies, programs and procedures regarding human resource planning

Desired Candidate Profile

Payroll, Salary Breakup, bonus, TDS & leave encashment Candidate should have proper experience in HR domain along with good communication Skills.

Experienced in adhering to regulatory requirements and meeting performance targets.

Must have fair knowledge of Job Portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed etc.

Excellent communication and presentations skills a must.
