Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
  
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fitment, and prepare reports for management review.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers made, and other relevant metrics.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization).
  
• Strong understanding of HR administration, operations, and human resource management principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
