Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Executive to manage customer relationships, order coordination, and sales operations. The ideal candidate will be for generating repeat orders, preparing quotations, coordinating internal departments, managing dispatch logistics, and following up with customers to ensure timely order execution and payment collection. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally within a team.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

• Customer Relations : Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers and distributors; gather timely feedback to improve service and secure repeat orders. Generate repeat orders from existing customers.
• Quotation Management : Send quotations to customers within defined timelines, follow up on quotations, and address customer queries promptly. Resolving customers queries with proper internal coordination in the agreed time frame.
• Order Coordination : Acknowledge orders, update technical specifications, and confirm orders in consultation with internal teams. Timely communication to customers regarding progress or delay in order execution.
• Internal Communication : Coordinate with design, production, purchase, planning, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
• Logistics & Dispatch : Ensure timely generation of dispatch documents and track orders through delivery, informing customers of progress or any delays.
• Post-Dispatch Follow-Up : Resolve customer complaints in coordination with relevant departments and follow up on payments. Collecting various forms on a timely basis in coordination with the finance department.
• ERP & MIS : Enter orders in the ERP and prediction board and provide regular management reports (MIS) on a timely basis in the required format.

    Qualifications :

    • UG: B.Tech\/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics\/Telecommunication, Automobile, Mechanical
    • Minimum 2 years of experience
    • Proven experience in sales and order coordination.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
