Job Description

As a Training Head at MOFSL, You will play a crucial role in identifying and addressing the training needs of Business Operations and franchisee teams. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular meetings with department heads and managers to assess training requirements, coordinating with stakeholders to arrange soft skill training for associates, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality training programs. Additionally, you will oversee the monitoring of team activities, manage a training team, and facilitate the implementation of e-learning initiatives and digital development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. 1. Conduct monthly meetings with department heads to identify training needs for BO-Ops and franchisee teams.
  2. 2. Collaborate with department managers to understand specific training needs for their respective team.
  3. 3. Coordinate with stakeholders to organize soft skill training programs for MOFSL associates.
  4. 4. Monitor team activities through monthly reviews to ensure alignment with training objectives.
  5. 5. Ensure the delivery of quality training programs, including Prarambh, e-Gyaan, and Shubharambh initiatives.
  6. 6. Arrange Train the Trainer (TTT) programs to enhance the capabilities of internal trainers.
  7. 7. Oversee e-learning coverage and ensure compliance with training mandates.
  8. 8. Conduct training need analyses for operations in collaboration with stakeholders.
  9. 9. Manage a training team consisting of 30 members, providing leadership and guidance.
  10. 10. Develop a thorough understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relevant to training activities.
  11. 11. Organize franchisee seminars regionally to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
  12. 12. Drive digital development initiatives to enhance training effectiveness and efficiency.

Skills:

- Proven experience in training management, preferably in the financial services industry.

- Strong understanding of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Proficiency in MS Office suite and learning management systems (LMS).

- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and emerging technologies in training.
