Commodity BD Manager - Franchisee Biz

• Experience in business development or sales in the commodity industry
• Proven track record of managing and growing a franchisee business
• Strong understanding of commodity markets and pricing dynamics
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the franchisee business
• Identify and evaluate potential franchisee opportunities in the commodity industry
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with franchisees, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, ensuring their success and growth
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to franchisees to drive improvement
• Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Prepare and present regular reports on business performance to senior management
