Role & responsibilities

• Leading and supervising: Managing the day-to-day sales operations of a business, and leading and supervising sales team consisting of 7 people.

• Developing sales strategy: Creating and executing a sales plan, and developing the company's sales strategy

• Achieving targets: Helping his team in achieving their targets.

• Motivating sales teams: Motivating the sales team of 7 people to generate leads, build client relationships, and meet customer needs

• Hiring and training: Hiring and training sales people.
• Managing sales pipeline: Managing the sales pipeline of his team of 7 people.
• Reporting on sales activity: Reporting on sales activity of his team.

• Managing sales budget: Managing the sales budget of his team.

Preferred candidate profile -

Candidate must be from BROKING or BANKING or INSURANCE background.

Candidate must have team handling experience.

Sales Manager will not have his own target but will be responsible for the target of his team.
