General Description:

Sales professional with experience in handling Auto OEMs. Good connect with-in the industry (IOT / Telematics) and experience in handling Product/Solution sales. Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of management. Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills. Strong technical product knowledge. Ability to call high level managers within the prospect organizations and relate business issues to the meaningful dialogue around solutions.

Aptitude to understand the full breadth of Telematics products and solutions.

Job Description:

• Sales & Business Development
• To build relationships with the auto OEMs through periodic visits, direct mailers, seminars and conferences.
• Managing overall sales - Volume/Value/Profitability/Sales forecast accuracy.
• Order collection based on sales forecast with minimum variance
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities within Auto OEMs and expand the product portfolio.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Key Accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Supporting existing customers and programs on need basis.
• Communicating and collaborating with the Program Development Team, Product Delivery Team, Technical Sales, Finance and other cross functional Teams to ensure customer requirements are met. 
• Market Penetration along with weak area identification.
• Product Knowledge & Technical Expertise
• Provide technical insights to customers regarding Auto electronics products i.e., Telematics, Flashers, Clusters etc.
• Collaborate with internal teams for product customization and problem-solving.
• Keeping track of competitor product performance and its failure to embark on new sales prospects. 
• Market Analysis & Strategy
• To gather market intelligence on existing competition, market pricing
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Implement strategies to strengthen the company's position in the automotive electronics market.
• Reporting & Documentation
• RFQ Handling.
• Maintain sales reports, customer feedback, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with customer and internal requirements.
• 100% Achievement of KPI.
