We're looking for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join Motherhood Hospitals. A very important role for us and this role will be instrumental in crafting dynamic, innovative SEO strategies that deliver high rankings, and traffic. This position reports to the Head of Digital Marketing.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop, design, lead and monitor SEO strategies (On Page, Off Page, Link Building and Content) and direction across Motherhood Hospitals properties.
• Improve properties UI/UX through SEO tactics
• Demonstrated experience in keyword research, selection and discovery.
• Demonstrated experience in devising backlinking strategies
• Coordinating internal and external resources to deliver campaigns
• Set up and ongoing review of SEO reporting
• Plan, design, develop, own, implement, track and optimize organic marketing campaigns.
• Perform daily check-ins and management of all SEO campaigns.
• Identify patterns, trends and insights and optimize performance based on data.
• Collaborate, coordinate with cross functional teams to enhance campaigns and deliver more optimized performance results.
• Communicate to management on project development, timelines, and results.
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
• Strategize and develop and implement link building strategies
• Write compelling digital content as part of SEO initiatives.
• Closely work with key functions and generate high quality and insightful weekly, fortnightly and monthly reporting covering all metrics.
• Maintain excellent working relations with key departments and managers to ensure communication is well delivered throughout.
• Maintain excellent working relations with key vendors and contractors.
• Maintain high-level knowledge of SEO industry trends and developments.

Skills and Experience

• A bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of experience in managing and scaling up SEO projects either in house or agency side.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google KP, Google Search Console, Google My Business, Google Trends.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS & Schema.org Markup. Ahrefs, SEMRush, GKP, & Screaming Frog
• Experience in planning, building and executing enterprise-level new SEO strategies. roadmaps and timelines
• Comfortable working alongside Development teams to implement SEO changes.
• Excellent understanding of Google webmaster tools (GA,GMB and GSC)
• Experience with website analysis and using a variety of analytics & reporting tools
• A strong portfolio of SEO success stories (National, Local) where performance improvements are demonstrated by meeting and exceeding KPIs.
• Experience in managing delivery teams and collaborating with Paid Search and/or Media planners would be advantageous
• Experience in designing, managing local SEO and has the ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage projects.
• Passionate, energetic, and proactive attitude.
• A very high standard of written and spoken English
• Phenomenal communication skills
• Ability to fully utilize and manipulate large data sets in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience and applicable certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Data visualization skills to tell compelling stories
• Self-starter who is adept at working autonomously or as part of a collaborative cross-channel team project.
