Manager GDC PDC

Experience in GDC,PDC and Shell molding, Steel castings and has strong knowledge of Shell mould, sand cast (CO2 & No bake sand etc.).

• Knowledge of GDC with Broze and Aluminium
• Man Management
• Possess excellent decision making skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time.

Job Profile

• Looking after casting production, inventory management & manpower management.
• Organize the work to achieve maximum output, improve efficiency.
• Must understand the concept of OEE.
• Impart on the job training to newly joined team members.
• Responsible for Production activities along with materials, maintenance, and product quality.
• To determine causes on non-conformity noticed and implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence in with consultation cross-functional team.
• Plan continual improvements based on PQCDSM.
• Identify and implement 5S, kan-ban, poka-yoke mechanisms.
