Role & responsibilities

1. Study technical specification & customer Drawings.
2. Preparation of Customer Drawing, Procurement and manufacturing drawings, Tools & Fixture drawings etc.
3. To assist & provide technical details to SCM, Planning, Production, QA and other functions.
4. Co-ordination and follow up with Marketing, Production, SCM & Quality team for new developments and Type Test.
5. Release and update development Plan, development drawing & BOM for sample preparation.
6. Preparation & Checking of ERP bill of material.
7. Ensure readiness of Prototype samples & conducting Prototype Test with QA team for new products.
8. Responsible to maintain correct drawings / data in centralized shared folder (i.e. R-Folder/ Production Dwg. Folder)
9. Interact with client for discrepancy /clarification / Deviations (if any) w.r.t the specification and approval of Drawings, GTP, MQP/QAP, TT plan, FAT plan and other technical documents.
10. Design optimum & most competitive products satisfying International Standard and client specification.
11. Must have work experience on Auto Cad & UG NX
