Production Manager (Electronics/Mechatronics)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinating and Ensuring the Delivery Goals of the Organization, by effective Utilization of Resources
• Estimating costs and preparing budgets
• Liaising with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
• Ensuring operational efficiency on line
• Production Planning.
• Ensuring production targets are met.
• Zero NC's, zero defect, kaizen, poka-yoke
• NC closure.
• Meet monthly Sales plan
• Produce Quality Product
• Develop and maintain a multiskilling culture as per the product requirement
• Process and method improvements
• Develop and maintain Workplace organization -Safety, housekeeping, health and productivity
• Assessing project and resource requirements
• Planning and organising production schedules
• Ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently
• Tackle and resolve production technical problems and human problems
• Report daily, weekly and monthly to the Top management

Desired Candidate Profile

Relevant Experience in Automotive industry or Electronics manufacturing set up.
