Job Title: Group Sales Head Multi-Verticals
Years of experience- Min 5 Years (2 Years in leadership role)
Location: Lucknow
Monday to Saturday working
Note-This job requires travelling 4 or 5 days in a month
Job Summary: The Group Sales Head will oversee and drive sales strategies across multiple business verticals, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and fostering growth in diverse(rural and urban) markets. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to each business vertical.
Set clear sales targets and KPIs, monitoring performance to ensure objectives are met or exceeded.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse sales team across various verticals.
Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance team capabilities
Market Analysis and Business Development:
Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and finance teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments to optimize sales processes.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Analyze sales data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and challenges.
Qualifications:
Masters degree is mandatory in any sales and Marketing field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple business verticals.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
