Man Matters, is a digital elective health platform for men, helping 2.5M+ men every year diagnose and solve for their hair loss, beard growth, fitness and nutrition concerns by offering personalized treatment plans and access to expert doctors and health coaches.
Be Body Wise, is an online women s elective health platform, serving 4M+ women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across concerns for hair health, body care, Sleep and nutrition.
Little Joys, is an online health platform for kids, helping 2M+ parents every year solve for their child s physical, mental and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.
About the Role:
At different stages of the company, the responsibilities will tend to evolve. Initially the focus for
the business is on the GTM which is largely TikTok. As such, for all of us the focus would be on
TikTok in the beginning and the work will revolve around the same.
Primary responsibilities will include:
1. Content
Responsible for scripting captivating scripts tailored for TikTok and Instagram,
collaborating closely with American Influencers to bring these narratives to life through
skillful production and editing. Working on producing the content as well as and when
need be (while we want to get content done majorly via American creators - in general to
optimize for views, etc. we will need to often produce the content ourselves. Hustle and
creativity in getting this out will be important and for the longer run more focus will be on
developing content strategy, working on scripts, etc. for creators.
2. Scripting for UGC creators
Providing creators with scripts designed to perform well on organic and paid media depending on the goals. Developing the content strategy for the brand in the coming months in order to ensure sales, community building and scaling of content.
3. Performance Marketing (Content)
Strategizing Performance Marketing Content by demonstrating creativity and strategic acumen by developing cutting-edge content strategies for TikTok and Facebook.
Researching on winning narratives in the product categories with the goal of scripting.
creative content that converts and incites viewers to by the product. Initially we see the majority of the work revolving around the above responsibilities. The focus for the business is to test out GTM on TikTok and take it from there.
4. Branding: Shape and Share Our Brand Story
Responsible for creating our brand identity across TikTok and Instagram and other platforms. In this role, youll weave and narrate our brands story, creating a powerful and consistent image that captivates and engages our audience.
5. New business development
Think through what products we should launch and how they fall into place with our overall brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own acquisition and creative pipeline for Be Bodywise from conceptualization to execution- this means helping in creation of kickass video ads, static creatives, motion graphic videos etc. by liaising with relevant stakeholders within the team.
2. Assist in gathering and analyzing consumer insights and helping those get assimilated into acquisition and retention initiatives.
Key Requirements:
1. Previous experience of copywriting, video content creation on social media (reels), and working with design teams would be a plus.
2. Excellent communication skills, strong creative sensibilities, and project management skills would be a plus.
