The Molten Metal Systems business of Morgan Advanced Materials manufactures an extensive range of high-performance crucibles and foundry consumables for non-ferrous metal melting applications We provide melting solutions for foundries, die-casters and melting facilities working with zinc, precious metals, aluminium, copper, brass, bronze and other non-ferrous metals.

Job Description
Job Purpose
- Purpose of this position is to calculate demand of orders, Stage wise production order releasing, Forecast of raw material, Communication commitment dates to logistic department as per current order book, Inventory control, Creation of new SAP codes, HALB, BOM ROUTING, Subcontracting PR , etc.
Summary
- Production planning as per monthly sale plan and it is decided as per demand given domestic sale team export logistic team
- As per this production plan releasing of production orders.
- Maintaining master data in SAP
Essential duties and responsibilities
Include the following:
- Calculation of demand orders as per monthly sale plan
- Discuss with production department to set monthly target and take follow up
- Preparation of monthly weekly machine wise making plan and take follow up
- Release stagewise production orders in SAP as per decided monthly plan
- Quarter wise recipe plan of three months share with purchase department accordingly we run the shortages and communicate to Store Department.
- On weekly basis communicate commitment dates to logistic department
- Working capital management as per budget
- Creation of new SAP codes, HALB, BOM ROUTING data in SAP.
- Releasing PR for subcontracting
- Follow up for old pending orders with production team on weekly basis.

- Bachalors Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing industry
- Should be well versed with use of SAP
- Should have good communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi) - both written and verbal.
