PPC & Dispatch - Asst. manager - Japanese JV

Role & responsibilities

• SAP Activities like Finish Goods Monthly Reconciliation, Good Confirmations
• Reconciliation of FG and Sales
• Provide production plan to press and weld shops.
• Customer order management & scheduling of delivery to avoid premium freight
• Shift Scheduling of manpower in department
• Active involvement in institution of safety practices and use of PPE's at work place.
• Inventory Management at Finished goods store
• Follow up With Purchase Department for Raw Material and BOC.
• Follow up With Production/QA Department for FG.
• Ensure supplies to customer at right time with right quantity
• Ensuring resource availability for production
• Monitoring productivity of production shops

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with B.E or Diploma Engineering, candidate with good knowledge of Production Planning control & Dispatch process, SAP Knowledge required.

Must be able to handle team of 5-6 direct members & 30-40 indirect members
