• Prepare and present regular Management Information System (MIS) reports to senior management, providing actionable insights to guide decision-making.
• Ensure the accurate collection and reporting of data, identifying trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.

Administrative & Support Services

• Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks for Moolchand Healthcare, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide administrative support to senior management by coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and handling other necessary administrative tasks.
• Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth workflow and operational continuity.
• Oversee security services, ensuring the safety and security of employees and property.
• Supervise fire safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations and conducting regular drills.

• Coordinate with telephony support system partners, ensuring that appropriate solutions are in place within agreed terms.

Cost Optimization & Process Improvement

• Implement cost optimization strategies to reduce operational expenses while maintaining high service quality.
• Develop and execute process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Continuously assess processes for efficiency improvements and identify innovative solutions to reduce costs.
• Lead periodic cost-saving initiatives to ensure the sustainability of high-quality operations.
