Social Media Executive

Job Purpose

We are seeking a creative and energetic Social Media Executive/Brand Manager to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing strategies to engage with our audience, showcase our product and build a strong brand. This role will focus on creating compelling content, managing social media platforms, analysing performance metrics and driving audience engagement.

Job Responsibility

• Content Creation and Management- Develop, schedule and publish engaging content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube. Write creative captions, hashtags, and campaign narratives to boost audience interaction. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create content for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
• Community Engagement- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews.
• Social Media Strategy- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic and generate leads. Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep product ahead of the curve.
• Brand Building- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all social media platforms. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align social media efforts with business goals.
• Collaboration- Work closely with product and operations teams to create informative posts about the technology, features and benefits of the product. Partner with influencers to promote the product and expand its reach.

Skills, Experience and Qualification Required

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
