- Support stakeholders across portfolio using agile ROI/KPI initiatives that will drive improvements.

- Identify and incubate best-in-class external partners to drive delivery on projects.

Role Description:-

- The Head of Edge Analytics is in charge of driving analytical solutions to business problems and drive the agenda of being an AI/ Analytics driven organization.

- S/He is also tasked with the management and long-term prioritization of the business's overall analytical needs and opportunities. In this role, the Head of Analytics works with various functions to identify data health and opportunities for growth / optimization using analytics.

- The role will involve hands on work where required to solve hard analytical problems for the business.

- S/He will work with Global/ regional D&A organization to ensure availability of data engineering tools and systems access to enable the BU analytics team develop models.

- S/He coaches the translators in the functions and builds analytics capability in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain the Business Analytics roadmap and plan with use cases.

- Track benefits delivery from Analytics across functions.

- Work with Global D&A org to ensure availability of systems, resources and access to business team to work on visualization and modelling.

- Work with global teams to convert successful use cases/ models into scale projects.

- Hire, coach and build team of analysts and data scientists in the organization.

- Develop training program to evolve analytics capabilities in the organization.

- Be a steward for Data quality and health in the organization for key data sets.

- Partner with Legal on Data privacy and protection.

- Work with Sales/ Marketing teams to engage with customers on data sharing / enrichment and Joint analytics projects.

- Identify data collection roadmap including new data sets for ingestion.

- Drive adoption of standard reporting and exercise governance on Data and KPIs.

- Stay abreast of latest developments in analytics and run experiments to validate emerging technologies.

Skills & Competencies:-

- Strong articulation skills - ability to translate analytics capabilities to business users.

- Understanding of the vendor / platform landscape - key solutions.

- Technically minded with good analytical and business skills.

- Basic familiarity with privacy, regulations, and impacts.

- Awareness of industry best practices in AI/ML, Analytics.

- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

- Ability to build strong partnerships and manage stakeholders.

- Good Understanding of Data Security practices.

- Sound understanding of DAMA framework and data quality improvement.

Experience & Background Recommendation

- 3+ years strong background in Analytics.

- Understanding of Business processes.

- Experience in building and leading Data Science teams.

- Experience in the Development of AI/ML systems.

- Experience in driving Data quality and stewardship programs.
